Design Process
What do travelers actually need?
We looked at the needs and expectations of intercity travelers to understand what makes a journey feel simple, reliable, and stress-free.
CLEAR PRICING: Travelers want to know the total fare upfront before booking.
RELIABLE SERVICE: Punctual pickups and dependable service are essential, especially for airport and intercity travel.
VEHICLE CONFIDENCE: Users want to know what they’re travelling in, how many people it fits, and whether there’s enough space for luggage.
