What I Did: I revamped the above-the-fold section of Fettle's product detail pages (PDPs) by implementing product bundling. The goal was to encourage customers to purchase more items together, increasing sales and average order value (AOV).
Results: Within two months of implementing these changes, Fettle saw a significant 30% increase in sales.
