Ganjes: Strategic Design for a Decentralized Investment Platform

Ganjes is a pioneering investment platform that merges traditional fund management with decentralized DAO governance.

focused on the cannabis and psychedelic sectors. A category most investors don't fully understand yet, structured through a model (DAO) most of them haven't participated in before.

The problem

Investment landing pages live or die on a single question: does the visitor trust this enough in the first thirty seconds to give it their email?
Ganjes was working with a harder version of that question. The category itself (cannabis and psychedelics) is still navigating perception. The model (DAO governance over a managed fund) needs explanation before it can be evaluated. And the audience splits cleanly between two profiles: traditional investors curious about emerging sectors, and community-native participants who already understand DAOs but need to trust the fund mechanics underneath. The site needed to make both audiences feel like Ganjes was built for them, without losing either one in the process.

The approach

The page was built on our High Conversion Framework, the same architecture that's powered 20+ investment and community-focused landing pages. The framework does one job: take a complex offer and remove every objection that lives between curiosity and sign-up.
Positioning. The hero leads with the dual-pillar story (cannabis and psychedelics) under one clear line: transforming global health. Category clarity before category education. Visitors know what Ganjes is in the first sentence, then earn the right to learn how it works. Design. Clean and minimal, with a deep editorial green that signals the category without leaning on the visual clichés around it. No leaf iconography, no neon, no crypto-bro aesthetic. The page reads more like a fund prospectus than a token launch, which is exactly the credibility signal the audience needed.

The outcome

Two months post-launch:
~20% increase in sign-ups against the prior baseline
15% rise in average session duration, signaling visitors were actually reading the page, not bouncing
Improved SEO ranking, driving higher visibility and increased traffic from the target demographics
Positive feedback from founders and core team for conveying complex concepts in an accessible way

Tech stack:

Framer: Leveraged for its robust design capabilities and seamless integration of interactive features.
CMS Integration: Enabled easy content management and updates.
Figma: For designing the website from scratch.
MidJourney: For the visual assets and imagery.
