I wanted to approach the experience differently, by making talent discovery visual, intuitive, and genuinely easy to explore.

The homepage introduces the platform with a clear focus on people and possibilities. Instead of starting with dense filters or complicated search forms, users are immediately introduced to the talent available and can begin exploring based on what they need.

A great profile should communicate its value in seconds.

I designed the talent cards to surface the information that matters most, role, experience, skills, availability, and key actions, while keeping the overall interface clean and easy to scan.

The goal was to give users enough context to decide whether they want to explore further without overwhelming them with information.
