Design In Flow is a creative agency based in Nashville, Tennessee. They offer branding, web design, video production and digital marketing for SaaS and local businesses.

Design In Flow sells design subscriptions built around Flow Points. Clients buy a plan with a set number of points and spend them on design tasks. I redesigned the dashboard those clients use to manage everything.

Challenge: The old dashboard looked outdated, showed very little data and didn't match their branding.

Solution: I designed two dashboard versions in Framer. Both are mobile responsive, with light and dark themes that follow the user's settings.

Result: One place to track Flow Points and requests, book a meeting, buy more points, upload files and get support. I delivered it in one week.

No clear balance: Clients couldn't easily see how many Flow Points they had left because the data was buried.

Requests were a black box: Clients had no clear view of which requests were pending, in progress or done.

Off-brand and outdated: It didn't match Design In Flow's branding, which is a bad look for a design agency.

Next steps were elsewhere: Booking a call or buying more Flow Points sat outside the dashboard.

Dashboard UI and UX: I designed the full dashboard, from layout to components, directly in Framer.

Two dashboard concepts: I made two versions that organize the same data in two different ways.

FlowPoints first: The balance gets the most space, so users see where they stand fast.

Request status at a glance: Pending, approved, in progress and completed each get their own card.

Mobile-ready layouts: Each concept has a mobile version that works as well as the desktop one.

Light and dark themes: Both themes switch automatically based on the user's own settings.

On-brand styling: I followed Design In Flow's branding so it feels like their own product.

One control hub: Users can book a meeting, buy points, upload files and get help in one place.
