Prodensus is a forward-thinking technology company offering AI-driven solutions for freight data management and logistics procurement, specializing in handling bids for Air, Ocean, and Full Truckload (FTL) transport. Its innovative tools, RateMate and DataMate, are designed to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency by providing procurement intelligence and optimizing logistics processes.

Project Objectives

I was tasked with creating a completely new branding for Prodensus, one that communicates the company’s core strengths: data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and innovative logistics solutions. The goal was to design a user-friendly experience that not only showcases their advanced analytics tools but also reinforces Prodensus’ role as a leader in logistics technology.

Approach and Communication

We worked closely with Frankie, the CEO and Founder of Prodensus, and Elise, responsible for marketing and communication, to ensure the brand’s objectives were fully realized and that every design decision aligned with the company’s mission. After conducting extensive market and brand research within the logistics and analytics industries, we determined that a clean, data-driven aesthetic would best represent Prodensus’ innovative and technology-driven approach.
The strategy included a minimalist layout, precise typography, and a modern color palette to reflect the company’s professionalism and efficiency, positioning Prodensus as a leader in freight data management and logistics procurement.

The new Prodensus brand and website clearly position the company as a leader in freight data management and logistics procurement, especially in handling Air, Ocean, and Full Truckload (FTL) bids.
The newly designed brand identity and website effectively communicate Prodensus’ mission to streamline the RFP process and optimize supply chain operations, making it easier for shippers to manage bids and make data-driven decisions.
The project was delivered within a 3-month timeline, resulting in a fully responsive, user-centric website that supports Prodensus in its goal to revolutionize logistics and deliver tangible value through cutting-edge technology.
