The client wanted an automated flow set up in Klaviyo that helped welcome and nurture their new subscribers to the brand and what they do. This welcome series touched on the recipients pain points, built trust and creditability and injected a lot of social proof to help the recipient align with the company's brand and mission. This flow alone resulted in making up around 19% of their total revenue.
