Overview GoodFirms is a B2B review and rating platform that helps businesses discover and compare software, IT service providers, and digital agencies. The platform enables users to make informed decisions through verified reviews, company profiles, service listings, and software comparisons.

Project Brief I worked on GoodFirms for over five years as part of the product design team, contributing to the platform's growth across multiple releases. During this time, I collaborated with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to improve the user experience, introduce new features, and continuously optimize the platform for both businesses and service providers.
