I interviewed all employees and management, identified process, communication, and software gaps, and researched integrated management, stock, and financial software solutions. I presented my findings, mastered the chosen program, and spent a year overseeing its implementation along with new policies and training employees. I provided ongoing part-time support for troubleshooting and annual tax and financial reporting in subsequent years.
