Project Manager | Medicinal plant farm and processing plant

I was the project manager for an opportunity where we intended to set up a company that would grow and process a controlled medicinal plant and bring health products to market. My self-appointed tasks included researching government requirements and permits for both the growing phase and harvest and processing. Arranging and leading meetings between the stakeholders, checking deadlines are met and all stakeholders provide information according to deadlines, identifying risks and surrounding potential opportunities. Maintaining all documents and managing Trello boards, writing associated business plans.
