I led business-first discovery for a specialist automotive remanufacturing operation, working through how the organisation actually functions before proposing technology.

The engagement mapped the end-to-end operation, knowledge flows and hand-offs, then translated that understanding into the concept for an AI-enabled operating system. The public version is deliberately abstracted to protect the client's processes and commercial information.
