Signal & GhostPay — Two Live Product Launches

Through Webformers, I launched Signal and GhostPay as live products using AI-assisted product development and modern cloud tooling.

I owned the product direction and coordinated the path from initial concept through practical release. Rather than beginning with a fixed technical specification, I worked from the intended business outcome, identified the smallest credible deliverable and iterated toward launch.

My contribution • Framed the commercial problem and initial delivery scope. • Used rapid prototyping to test and refine the product direction. • Bridged product, operational and technical decisions. • Took both products through to live launch.
