Design Problem

Toxic beauty standards, diet culture, and social media converge to deeply impact Gen Z's well-being. The constant exposure to unrealistic beauty ideals on social platforms exacerbates body dissatisfaction and fuels the pursuit of harmful diets. Encouraging self-acceptance and challenging these norms is essential to foster a generation that values mental health and body positivity. This issue is also reinforced through diet products who consistently praise one body type and generate fear amongst other food groups.

Solution:

Introducing Good Stuff, the health drink brand with a powerful mission to raise awareness about the harmful effects of diet culture on today's youth. Designed for Generation Z, a generation that has grown up with media promoting one body type and facing the pressures of unhealthy habits perpetuated through social and digital media. Good Stuff embraces a strong and vibrant attitude, using bright colors and bold black typography to stand out and empower young individuals. By treating flavor profiles as assertive expressions, we aim to encourage a positive rebellion against unrealistic beauty standards. Our goal is to create a community that fosters body acceptance, self-love, and celebrates individuality. Together, we can defy the norms and make a difference in the lives of young people, promoting a healthier outlook both inside and out.
