Quixyl — AI Invoice Processing SaaS

I built and own Quixyl, an early-access invoice processing product for construction, trades and field-service accounts payable teams. It accepts supplier invoices and job paperwork as PDFs, scans or phone photos, extracts details such as supplier, date, total, VAT and job reference, then routes uncertain fields through a human review step. Reviewed records can be exported as CSV, Excel or JSON, or connected to existing accounting and AP workflows. Reusable AI queries support recurring checks across invoice history. My contribution: product ownership and full-stack implementation. Stack: Astro, TypeScript, Bun, SQL, Azure AI Form Recognizer and OpenAI. Quixyl is in early access; I’m not claiming customer outcome metrics.
