𝗭𝗲𝘀𝘁: 𝗠𝘂𝗴 𝘃𝘀. 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗲, 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱 Zest makes caffeine capsules for people who want their energy to be simple, steady and on their own schedule. Zest Lab asked me to make a short vertical ad that explains this without feeling like an ad.

The idea was a podcast interview between two characters. One is a coffee mug who acts like a boss, with sunglasses, a gold chain and a "#1 Mug" tag. He's the old way of getting your caffeine. The other is a small Zest capsule, calm and a little dry. The mug brags, the capsule answers, and by the end the viewer has the point: coffee hits hard and then drops you around 2 PM, while Zest keeps you going.
