Device Network is a modular SaaS/CaaS/OpsaaS platform that streamlines device lifecycle management through automation of processing, repairs, pricing, inventory, and trade-ins. Designed to unify the mobile device ecosystem, it connects retailers, repair centres, recyclers, wholesalers, and marketplaces—enabling scalable B2B and B2C sales while supporting circular economy initiatives.

As the Head Developer, I led the architectural design and development of the platform, overseeing both backend and frontend systems. My responsibilities included implementation of a robust modular architecture using Laravel, Vue 3, Inertia.js, and Tailwind CSS, as well as integrating third-party APIs for diagnostics, marketplaces, and trade-ins. I developed scalable solutions for inventory management, ERP modules, batch processing, and real-time pricing engines. I also coordinated DevOps and deployment pipelines on AWS, ensuring performance, data integrity, and secure operations. My role was pivotal in transforming Device Network into a flexible, automation-first platform capable of adapting to the evolving demands of the circular mobile industry.
