I am managing the Nuthurst Grange Hotel's digital marketing needs, since 2020

Nuthurst Grange Hotel is a beautiful privately owned country house hotel, conference centre & wedding venue, residing in the outstanding natural beauty of the Warwickshire countryside.

My marketing tasks include:

• Developing and updating the overall priority based digital marketing strategy • Building & managing Facebook Campaigns in order to: increase bookings for the restaurant, private events, wedding enquiries, gastropub, hotel rooms. (PPC, Video views, engagement, reach – lookalike)

• Creating content and posting on Social Media (Facebook,Instagram) • Starting and growing and email subscribers list from 0 to 1150 contacts. • Writing, designing and sending newsletters campaigns (created lead magnet to capture and grow the subscribers list)

• Created email automation in Mailchimp to for wedding enquires • Created a Chatbot algorithm on Tidio and integrating it into the website • Updating the website with different events

• Answering to Facebook messages, comments, reviews • Monitoring the website performance (Google Analytics, Hotjar) • Performing SEO tasks (image, page, file name optimization, etc) • Designing the new A La Carte, Sunday lunch, Eat out Menus and promoting on website and social media • Integrated the Opentable booking system into the website& S. Media
