Realign Performance is an Australian e-commerce brand focused on performance, recovery, and health-related products. The project involved a full Shopify store redesign and deep technical optimization to improve usability, visual appeal, and overall store performance.

The goal was not just to refresh the look, but to rebuild the store as a faster, more intuitive, and conversion-focused product.

I approached the project as a full-cycle Shopify rebuild — combining product thinking, UI/UX design, and custom development.

Instead of relying on heavy apps, the store was rebuilt with a customized Dawn-based theme, clean architecture, and performance-first mindset. Every design decision was translated directly into optimized, maintainable code.
