Fixing User Frustrations with the Electrify America App
Queuing Feature Added in order to enhance the overall user experience. Through testing the queuing feature helped: lower 1-4 hour wait times to charge,
Reduce frequency of violence and altercations due to a lack of organized charging, cleared the process of confusion around whose turn it was to charge,
cleared up information on which chargers are in operation or not.
