Led product team of 10 engineers and designers.

Increased conversion rate of checkout flow for liability insurance by 50% using quant./qual. analysis.

Co-developed new proprietary insurance products with our COO, legal counsel, and Munich Re.

Led digital integration of public health insurance sign up funnel, collaborating with legal counsel for legal & data protection requirements.

During my time, the company pivoted from insurance agent to insurer, during which period staff was reduced from 70 to 30 people core team, running the old app while building the new app - this is to say: I've been through many stages of a company in a rapid time, which built my adaptability and resilience in challenging situations.
