Streamlined video integration by hosting high-resolution hero videos on Cloudinary, ensuring smooth playback without bandwidth concerns.

Redesigned the mobile navigation menu with a custom, more accessible layout — making touch targets larger and navigation more intuitive on small screens.

Refined the homepage hero section to fill the full viewport height for a more immersive first impression.

Adjusted and improved animation pacing, including slowing down the logo slider for a smoother, more premium feel.

Simplified the “Work” section by removing an over-complicated additive filtering system, presenting projects in a clean, chronological order.

Removed unused or empty tags from the CMS display to reduce clutter and improve relevance.

Reworked the services section to start in a collapsed state, giving visitors control over what to expand — reducing cognitive load and creating a cleaner layout.

Adjusted the news panel on mobile to show a single, curated item with a clear link to view the full archive.
