About the Company: The client is a fitness startup in the U.K dedicated to helping users stay on top of their health and fitness goals through an engaging mobile app. The platform aims to provide users with personalized workout plans, progress tracking, and a community-driven experience.

The Problem: The client needed a modern, user-friendly app that would motivate users and foster community engagement. Their previous design lacked interactivity and a cohesive user experience, leading to decreased user engagement and missed opportunities for trainers to monetize their expertise.

My Approach: I focused on creating a seamless, interactive design by first developing user flows and wireframes that made navigating the app easy and intuitive. I incorporated visually appealing elements to enhance user motivation, such as personalized progress tracking and workout features. Additionally, I designed a unique feature where users can post their workout updates, allowing others to comment and engage, while trainers can offer paid advice and services through the platform.

The Solution: The final app design was sleek, modern, and community-focused. It included a responsive, easy-to-navigate UI with a dedicated space for users to post about their workouts and receive comments. Trainers could also leverage this feature to monetize their services, creating a new revenue stream.
