Collaborative Fund 15-Year Anniversary Animation

For Collaborative Fund's 15-year anniversary, I created an animation that celebrates their unique mission. This New York-based venture capital firm supports early-stage companies that skillfully balance financial success with positive real-world impact. Their portfolio features well-known names like Lyft, Beyond Meat, Impossible Foods, and Kickstarter. With smooth transitions and a unique look for each part, this looping animation unfolds Collaborative Fund's core investment sectors: food, healthcare, financial services, and climate.

The central idea behind this animation was to create four segments, each showing a different investment direction, seamlessly transitioning and bookended by the Collaborative Fund logo.  To kick things off, I designed visuals for each part featuring suitable symbols.

Storyboard

My storyboard focused on subtly morphing one or two key visual elements between frames. The result was a continuous loop, thoughtfully framed by the Collaborative Fund logo at its beginning and end.

I used distinct client brand tones to clearly separate each investment area's visual.
