Client Goal: The client requested the editing and proofreading of a book they had co-written with their spouse. The client noted that the combined writing did not read well or have a harmonious style; so, they had the additional request to adjust the wording and sentence structures to create a seamless flow between the two styles. How: I edited, proofread, and formatted the entire book to follow an ideal structure, flow, and outline, all in line with their planned layout. I also adjusted the style throughout the entire work to read as one cohesive book by merging the best of both authors' styles. Project Success: The client was blown away by my successful merging of the two very different writing styles and was very excited about the final writing in their book.
