Led the development of a CLI application to consolidate and merge over 500 branches for transitioning from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant architecture. Optimized deployment workflows, streamlined project structure, and achieved significant time and cost savings. Additionally, migrated a resource-intensive Windows Service processor, enabling clustering and reducing operational overhead.
