SKU import readiness with identifiers preserved

Self-initiated synthetic-data demonstration / AI-assisted. No client data.
This study checks a 16-row product file for SKU import readiness while preserving every source row and every SKU and variant value exactly, including leading zeros, letter case and Unicode. Three product names had only their outer whitespace trimmed; 13 source rows were unchanged.
The defined checks flag 10 rows for review and leave 6 rows without a defined issue. Findings cover missing identifiers, duplicate keys, case-only differences and identifiers that need target-importer confirmation. The study does not assume that an unfamiliar identifier is invalid, invent missing values or merge records.
Deliverables include original and prepared CSV files, a row-level issues table and a three-sheet XLSX demonstration. CSV, issue-source links, file hashes and OpenXML checks were verified independently. Workbook export and reimport were also checked.
No native Microsoft Excel application test or live store import was performed. Readiness means passing the stated checks; target importer rules still require confirmation.
