Project Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, I collaborated with Vinci e-commerce store, an online retailer specializing in kitchen equipment, to enhance their email marketing strategy. My role was central to designing and executing email campaigns that engaged customers, increased conversion rates, and optimized marketing efforts through automation.
Challenge:
Vinci e-commerce store struggled with low engagement rates, an unoptimized email process, and inconsistent communication with their customer base. They needed a way to streamline their email marketing efforts, increase customer engagement, and boost overall sales.
My Solution:
I developed and implemented a comprehensive email marketing strategy tailored to Vinci's needs. This included:
Campaign Creation: I designed targeted email campaigns, including promotional offers and product announcements.
