Background: A leading mobile application development company launched a live chat mobile application for Mobile. The app aimed to facilitate real-time communication between users through text, images, and voice messages. Despite initially gaining traction, user engagement and retention started declining due to usability issues and a lack of innovative features. Recognizing the need for improvement, The company decided to revamp the app to enhance user experience and boost engagement.

OLD Design

Objectives:
Improve User Experience (UX): Simplify navigation, streamline features, and enhance visual appeal.
Increase User Engagement: Introduce interactive elements, gamification, and personalized features to encourage frequent usage.
Retain Existing Users and Attract New Ones: Implement strategies to retain current users while attracting new ones through word-of-mouth and positive app reviews.
Methodology:
