Where she was
She had built something real. A YouTube channel with a loyal following, an email list that had grown past 5,000 people, a mother-daughter teaching brand people trusted. But none of it was making real money. Sheet music sales here, an affiliate link there, a few YouTube ad dollars. In the entire life of her business, before this launch, she had made around $5,500.
Every week she sat down and sent an email to that list. Every week, 3 to 5 percent of them opened it or clicked anything. She didn't see it as a problem. It was just what emailing a list looked like.
The turning point
I looked at her numbers before I touched a single automation. Over 5,000 people on a list, with open and click rates sitting at 3 to 5 percent. I told her plainly: a list this size should be making her an easy $5,000 a month, on its own. Not someday. Now.
That wasn't a pitch. It was a diagnosis. The list wasn't the problem. The list was sitting there, waiting for something to wake it up.
What was built
I built and own the automated revenue engine that ran her launch. Three separate webinar cohorts, each with its own email sequence and tags, its own timing, its own replay page, because every date had to carry the right link, the right time, the right cohort, or someone ends up in the wrong room. One did slip through, in the last cohort's emails. A subscriber caught it before I did. I corrected it immediately, then tested twice, every single email across all three cohorts, close to forty emails in total, to make sure nothing else had gone wrong. That is the standard I hold myself to: not that nothing ever breaks, but that nothing stays broken.
A sales page and checkout wired into the whole system. Integrations and workflows moving people from registration to engagement to nurture to purchase to onboarding, all without anyone touching it by hand. Reminder, replay, and sales booster emails, all timed and firing on their own.
She didn't have to hold any of that in her head. She wrote her webinar script, she taught her students, she showed up live three times. Everything underneath her, the part that had to be exactly right or the whole launch would break, was mine to carry.
The results
Before: $5,500, total, ever. After: $24,000, in 15 days.
"It feels nice to finally make some money, because it's been a long time of just not making much money. I really couldn't have done this without you."
40 people bought the course. $15,000 landed in her account immediately, the rest arriving through payment plans over the year ahead. The same launch window also lifted her other courses and digital products, 36 additional sales beyond the 40, proof the engine didn't just sell one thing, it woke the whole list up.
In her words
"I wouldn't be working with you if I didn't totally trust you. Any time I needed something, I could just ask, and you would be right there."
What this means for you
You get one person who owns the whole thing, start to finish. Not five contractors passing your project between them. One accountable person, who tells you exactly what's happening and when.
This wasn't a one-time build. Three years in, we've worked through a platform migration, a full membership build, lead magnet setup, funnel after funnel, integrations, workflows, one launch at a time. Every asset is hers. Every page, every automation, every sequence, she owns it outright.
Behind a successful launch is someone who owns your automated sales engine, whether you're launching a course, a membership, or a coaching program. Someone who watches the technical side, tells you what's missing, what's about to break, and what needs fixing before it costs you a sale.
"We have 40 customers, which is pretty good."
Call to action
If you're a coach, course creator, or service provider planning a course, membership, coaching, or webinar launch and want the funnel built and owned end to end, book a discovery call. Let's map out what your automated sales engine needs to look like.
