SynerDoc is a platform designed to streamline the management of health-care associates across both web and mobile interfaces. The project involved redesigning an existing associate-management portal to enhance user experience, improve task success rates, and increase user retention. The redesign delivered a cleaner, more intuitive interface and optimised workflows to better support both administrators and field users.

Responsibilities included: audit of existing interface, creation of user flows, design of wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups, prototyping for mobile and web, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across devices.
