Associate management portal refresh and user experience improvement, which lead to high success rate of tasks assigned. As this was an existing platform where it already had users using their previous interfaces, I improved not just the user interface but also the experience at which the app performs.

After Users on the platform gave good insights on the ease to signup and manage their health workers. Designing for both mobile and web management interfaces, I prioritise responsiveness and user retention on both platforms.

With intuitive and clean interface, user and client satisfaction was met.
