Imagine being the best at what you do.
Then watching people choose someone else because they were £4,000 cheaper.
That’s the quiet frustration of anyone who sells craft. You can spend years perfecting an edge, a stone, a line of water. If the first thing a client sees is a template site, they judge you like a commodity.
Aurelis designs and builds architectural pools. The kind where the whole property is part of the thinking.
Their work was never the problem. The first impression was.
So we stopped trying to list what they do and started showing how they think.
We opened with the entire property, not a pool, because that’s how they design. We gave each project one sentence about how it feels to live there, like The Limestone Court: “Precision in every line. Calm in every detail.” We showed the materials, the engineering and the handover with the same care as the design, because a client who’s worried about the build never fully relaxes into the dream.
And we ended the journey where the client’s mind already is: first conversation to first swim.
What changes is who shows up.
Less “send me a quote.” More “I’ve seen your work and I’d like to talk about my property.”
When the website carries the proof of care, the sales call stops being a negotiation and starts being a welcome.
If you’re a craftsperson, your website shouldn’t make people compare you. It should make them choose you.
