The project involved redesigning the website for an electric vehicle rental service based in Tbilisi to enhance user experience and streamline the vehicle rental process. The goal was to create an engaging, user-friendly platform that reflects eco-friendliness of Electric vehicles, while also promoting special deals and simplifying the booking process for both local residents and tourists.

Objectives

To design a visually appealing website that aligns with Tesla’s modern and eco-friendly brand image.
To improve navigation and usability, ensuring that users can easily find and rent vehicles.
To incorporate a seamless booking system that allows users to specify details and confirm rentals efficiently.
To increase conversion rates through strategic placement of promotions and clear calls to action.

Target Audience

The primary audience includes environmentally-conscious drivers and tech-savvy individuals looking for luxury car rentals in Tbilisi, ranging from young professionals to middle-aged tourists.

Challenges and Solutions

Challenge: Balancing detailed information with a minimalist design was challenging, as too much text could overwhelm users.
Solution: I implemented a modular card design for vehicle listings, which allowed for a clean presentation that users could easily scan while providing access to detailed information via expandable sections.
Challenge: Ensuring the booking process was intuitive across all devices.
Solution: We prioritized the responsiveness of the booking form, testing extensively on various devices and making iterative adjustments to improve user experience.
