Kabilio – Smart Accounting and Tax Management Powered by AI

The Challenge Managing accounting and taxes can be overwhelming for freelancers and small business owners — especially when they lack financial knowledge or time. Kabilio set out to fix that with a user-friendly platform powered by artificial intelligence. The challenge was to design a product that feels smart, but also approachable — one that automates complexity while keeping users in control.

What I Did I led the end-to-end design and development process, working closely with the founders to define the digital experience across three main areas:

Branding I created a full brand identity for Kabilio that communicates professionalism, simplicity and innovation. The logo, typography, and color system were designed to inspire trust while staying modern and tech-forward — essential for a fintech product.

Platform UI/UX Design I designed the entire product interface in Figma, focusing on user flows that minimize friction and reduce cognitive load. The platform uses AI to categorize expenses, generate tax reports, and provide insights — so the interface needed to be clean, intuitive, and capable of handling data with clarity. Website Design & Development I designed and developed the public-facing website using Webflow, with a focus on explaining the platform’s value clearly and driving user acquisition. The Outcome Kabilio now stands out in a crowded fintech space with a strong, consistent brand and a powerful, easy-to-use platform. The AI-powered features are wrapped in a thoughtful UX that speaks to users who want to simplify their financial life without losing control. The web experience supports conversion and positions Kabilio as a modern solution to an age-old problem.
