Built a custom CRM automation for Nightstack Labs that transforms incoming business inquiries into organized sales opportunities without manual data entry.

Using Make, the system identifies existing companies, creates new records when needed, automatically connects contacts, companies, and deals in HubSpot, and saves AI-generated lead summaries alongside customer requests.

The result is a streamlined lead management process designed to reduce administrative work, prevent inquiries from getting overlooked, and help businesses respond faster, stay organized, and move potential customers through their sales pipeline more efficiently.

Developed and successfully tested as a working demonstration of an end-to-end CRM automation system.
