Website Redesign for a Customer Service Outsourcer

For this project, I worked alongside a brand designer to bring Chatdesk’s fresh branding to life through a vibrant and engaging website design. Following the new branding guidelines, I implemented a colorful palette paired with playful icons and illustrations to create an approachable, friendly user experience.

I opted for a bento-style layout, which not only helped organize content effectively but also added a modern, structured feel to the design. The layout, combined with the lively visual elements, enhanced both the usability and visual appeal of the site, aligning perfectly with Chatdesk’s innovative and user-focused services.
