The client, a US based startup operating in the real estate and rental industry, was aiming to build a mobile app for showcasing business opportunities to angel investors but was struggling to do so, due to lacking the technical expertise required to launch such a project.

• 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆, 𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, by designing the architecture, planning delivery roadmap, developing and shipping MVP.

• 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝟭𝟭𝟬% 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 by prioritizing shared components and reusability, while also mentoring junior team members to technical autonomy from the very early stages of the development.

• 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, by relying only on robust implementations of well-proven, validated solutions within the React Native community, and by using mostly native components while keeping external dependencies at a minimum level.
