The client, a renowned financial services company, was struggling to scale up their ambitious mobile app, due to the painfully slow delivery pace and significant frequency of bugs reported.

• 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝟭𝟬𝟬% by implementing a UI component explorer and by refactoring all the core components following the KISS principle.

• 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟳𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸/𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 by developing highly reusable and well-tested components while also delivering new features, strictly respecting SonarCloud quality gate rules, including code coverage, reliability, and maintainability.

• 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗴𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝟴𝟬% by enforcing boy-scout rules across the engineering team by providing constructive feedback on every occasion.
