Fullfillit.io needed a platform that would automate their entire 3PL operation while offering an easy-to-use interface for multiple user roles, including Amazon FBA sellers, warehouse owners, and administrators. The platform required robust security and a complex subscription model to manage payments based on product quantity, storage time, and additional services like repacking and fulfillment.
