Website Inquiry Intake for a Bookkeeping Firm (Demo)

Bookkeeping firms lose good inquiries in a busy inbox. A form submission arrives, nobody owns it, and the prospect waits days for an answer.
This demo build for a fictional firm handles each website inquiry in 4 steps:
1. The website form captures name, email, business type, service needed and a short message.
2. A new row lands in a Google Sheet with the source and a timestamp, plus a status dropdown.
3. The firm gets an alert by email or Slack.
4. The sender gets a confirmation email explaining what happens next. A morning digest flags anything still marked New after 48 hours.
Tools: Zapier or Make, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack.
Please don't include client tax documents, SSNs or bank details; this build only handles the inquiry.
Demo with fictional data.
