Asymbl Webflow Site Rebuild: A Scalable, AI-Ready Web Experience

Asymbl came to us mid-transition. They'd migrated from HubSpot to Webflow and needed to ship pages fast, so we set up a style guide and Relume components that let their marketing team build quickly. But as the company evolved, they made a bigger decision: a full rebrand, new foundation, new web apps, new website, even new brand assets and a brand video. That meant rebuilding the entire site from scratch, with custom designs replacing the off-the-shelf components, across dozens of pages and four internal teams. They needed a Webflow development partner who could operate at that scale without dropping quality.

Our Approach

We approached the rebuild as a system, not a stack of pages. Before building a single layout, we created 45+ reusable components, a custom component library engineered so new pages could be assembled quickly and consistently later. With the foundation in place, we built every layout from scratch in Webflow, pixel-matched to the design team's Figma files. As the dedicated Webflow dev team, we sat at the intersection of four stakeholder groups, design, content, SEO, and marketing, translating each team's needs into a single, coherent site.

The Build

Over 2.5 months, we rebuilt the full site and carried every team through launch:
Scale: 64+ static pages and 7 CMS-powered pages, all assembled from a 45+ component library for speed and consistency.
Design: every layout matched to Figma, with high-quality imagery throughout.
SEO: on-page optimization, a clean CMS structure, and JSON schema for richer search results.
Marketing: legacy forms migrated to Pardot, plus tracking scripts, redirects, and a clean folder structure.
Content enablement: tutorials and live meetups so the content team could confidently edit components and CMS content on their own.
AI agent readiness: a Cloudflare Workers reverse proxy layered in front of Webflow, adding dynamic headers, content negotiation, and .well-known discovery endpoints that make the site machine-readable to AI agents.
Interactions: minimal, purposeful motion that keeps the site professional and pages fast.
QA: zero dead links, with full cross-browser and device testing - Safari, Chrome, Firefox, mobile, and desktop, before go-live.

The Impact

Asymbl relaunched with a fully rebranded, scalable Webflow site built on a reusable component system, so the marketing team now ships new pages fast, without sacrificing design consistency. We also future-proofed the site for the AI-agent web, adding a Cloudflare Workers proxy layer that makes it discoverable and machine-readable to AI agents - a capability most Webflow sites simply don't have. But the biggest outcome is the partnership itself: Asymbl has trusted Skylar as their Webflow development partner for over a year, supporting design, content, SEO, and marketing at every step.
