Automated AI Content Monitoring System Built with n8n

Project Overview Manual monitoring of social media trends and brand mentions was consuming 15+ hours of the team's weekly capacity. The goal of this project was to design and deploy an autonomous AI agent to automate the collection, analysis, and distribution of social media intelligence.
The Challenge Relying on manual checks across Facebook, Instagram, and Threads resulted in delayed reactions to trending topics and information overload. The team needed a way to filter out noise and receive only actionable, structured insights.
The Solution & Architecture I built a continuous, automated pipeline using n8n as the core orchestrator. The system operates 24/7 without human intervention:
Data Ingestion: Custom n8n nodes scrape target hashtags, keywords, and mentions from Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
AI Processing: Raw data is passed to a Large Language Model (LLM). The AI filters irrelevant noise, analyzes sentiment, and summarizes long posts into concise bullet points.
Smart Routing:
Urgent alerts are instantly pushed to Telegram and WhatsApp for immediate team action.
Batch data is automatically archived in Google Sheets to build a historical knowledge base.
