With the DesignWorkout team we created a book called "Cars & Sneakers. How sociocultural trends shape the design of things".

This is a book about how culture influences design.

This process usually goes unnoticed, prompting little in the way of reflection, so the task of the book is to reveal the mechanisms at work:

How the oil crisis impacted architecture, how discoveries in outer space affected the colour of sports shoes, and how baroque painting influenced the fashion of the seventies.

In the process of working on visual content, we had to look for thousands of photos of figurative or specific phenomena with a deep understanding of the use of copyright content, contact authors, car owners, museums, automakers, organize photo shoots and take pictures ourselves.
