ADHD scheduler: user flow to clickable wireframes

A demo built for a specific brief. Not client work: the material shown is sample data, so what is on display is the mechanism.
I built mobile wireframes for a scheduling and to-do app built around a method for ADHD, working from a listing alone, under a placeholder name. The clickable prototype has 18 screens covering onboarding with a Connect Google / Outlook Calendar journey, task capture with duration estimate, priority and category, a two-step weekly planning and review, a week view with tasks slotted around existing commitments, accept, reject and move for each proposal, and task completion that refines future estimates per category. It runs against a placeholder sample week of 20 commitments across three calendars and 14 tasks: every estimate gets a 25% buffer, 10 minutes stay clear around each event, a daily focus limit of 180 minutes applies, and all 14 tasks are placed before their due days. A user-flow document holds 18 steps, the scheduling rules and 8 open questions for kickoff, and a parked list records 8 items left out of v1.

A user-flow document, an 18-screen clickable mobile prototype, a populated sample-week calendar and a parked list for a scheduling app that slots tasks around calendar commitments.
