ABOUT THE PROJECT:

ABOUT THE PROJECT:As part of a university assignment, my team and I were tasked with creating a short film that conveyed a compelling narrative within strict constraints of word count, scene limitations, and other guidelines. I conceived the idea for "The Ordinary," a first-person narrative film aimed at addressing prevalent societal issues such as self-harm, drug abuse, and cycles of abuse. Working collaboratively, we brought this concept to fruition.

MY ROLE:

In "The Ordinary," I assumed multiple key roles, serving as the Lead Director, Script Writer, Actress, Set Designer, and Assistant Editor.

Lead Director:

I directed the film and instructed my team and actors what to do. I ensured we had a meeting schedule that was strict but manageble for the whole team.

Script Writer:

I meticulously crafted the script to provide clear direction for the actors while adhering to the project's constraints.
