This Time Tracker Mobile App is designed to help users monitor, manage, and optimize their daily productivity through a clean and structured interface. The design focuses on clarity, accessibility, and efficiency—combining time tracking, calendar scheduling, and performance analytics into a seamless mobile experience. With a soft gradient aesthetic and minimal visual noise, the interface creates a calm environment that supports focus and decision-making.

Time tracking apps often suffer from complexity—overloaded dashboards, unclear data visualization, and fragmented workflows. Users struggle to quickly log activities, understand their performance, or navigate between features without friction. The challenge was to simplify complex time data while maintaining depth, ensuring users can both track and analyze their productivity effortlessly.

The design adopts a user-centered and hierarchy-driven approach. Information is structured into three core experiences: Time Entry (List View), Calendar Scheduling, and Reports Dashboard. Each screen is optimized for a specific task, reducing cognitive load and improving usability. Soft gradients and subtle shadows are used to create visual separation, while consistent spacing and typography enhance readability and flow. The floating central action button acts as a primary interaction anchor, enabling quick access to core actions.

The final solution delivers a modular and intuitive interface where users can easily switch between tracking, planning, and analyzing. The List View simplifies time logging with clear task grouping, the Calendar View provides structured scheduling with time blocks, and the Reports Dashboard transforms raw data into digestible visual insights. This integrated system reduces friction, shortens interaction time, and helps users stay in control of their productivity without feeling overwhelmed.
