Buying a skydiving suit isn't like buying a t-shirt. It needs 30 precise body measurements, a choice of material, and a custom design — and if the measurements are off, that's not a bad fit, it's a safety problem. My job was turning that engineering-grade complexity into something a customer could move through calmly, without feeling like they were filling out a technical form.

What we built:
 - A real-time 3D configurator in Three.js — five customizable color zones, live logo placement, optimized with smart caching and lazy loading so it stays smooth even on mobile.
 - Full ADA accessibility across the whole experience, 3D interface included — because "complex" shouldn't mean "exclusive."

- A direct pipeline from the order form straight to the factory — no manager manually re-entering measurements into a spec sheet.
