Business Goals

Showcase portfolio projects in a way that demonstrates credibility and technical expertise.
Drive conversions (inquiries & consultations) from prospective clients.
Strengthen brand positioning as a full-stack digital solutions partner (apps, web, AI, blockchain).

User Goals

Quickly assess what projects the agency has delivered.
Understand capabilities across industries and technologies.
Easily find examples relevant to their own product needs.

Research & Insights

What the Current Website Reveals

Projects are listed in a long, unstructured grid with many mobile apps and tools.
There’s a mix of product types: mobile apps, AI tools, utilities, web portals.
Limited storytelling: each item is shown but lacks case details (problem, impact, metrics).
Main services are displayed at the top: mobile, web, AWS, UI/UX, AI etc.

User Pain Points

Hard to distinguish between real client deployments vs internal tools.
Lack of project context (Who? What? Why? Outcome?).
Minimal filtering or categorization — difficult to browse by industry or tech.

Design Goals

Structure the portfolio into meaningful categories (“Mobile Apps”, “Web Platforms”, “AI Products”).
Tell a story for each project include brief context and key results, not just icons.
Enhance visuals with consistent screenshots or mockups.
Add conversion cues (CTA banners, contact buttons).
Improve trust with testimonials tied to projects where possible.

Design Solution

1. Landing Section

Hero statement with metric impact
A filter bar to select by vertical (eCommerce, Healthcare, AI).

2. Project Cards Reimagined

Before (Current): Flat list of icons/apps with little context. After (Proposed):
Card Structure:
Title
One-line challenge
One-line solution
Tech Stack
Link to full case
Like
Uranus AI Art Generator Challenge: Enable intuitive AI art at scale Solution: Designed a cross-platform app UI with clean inputs & fast feedback Tech: Swift, AWS Lambda (Proposed)

3. Case Detail Pages

Each project gets:
Problem → Solution → Impact
Screenshots / prototypes
Result metrics (users, conversions, engagement)
Featured client testimonial, where available.
This turns passive browsing into brand credibility.

Visual Enhancements

Examples of UI improvements:
Consistent card styling: grid with 3-4 columns on desktop.
Hover state previews: quick glance at UI screens.
Industry icons: help viewers scan quickly.

Brand Trust & Social Proof

Current testimonials are shown site-wide, but not tied to work.
Improvement:
Tie each testimonial to the related project on its case detail page.
Highlight awards or ratings (4.6/5 on DesignRush).

Conversion Optimization

Key CTAs

“Talk to a Designer” on every project card.
A persistent contact/quote form in the portfolio footer.
Use urgency/benefits (“See how we can scale your app in < 48 hrs”).

Microcopy Enhancements

Better clarity — “See how we solved this for them” vs generic “More”.

Challenges & Learnings

What Current Design Lacks

Contextual detail on projects makes evaluation hard.
Too many unrelated items appear the same way (client work vs. internal tools).
Minimal visual hierarchy, making it cognitively heavy to parse.

Design Priorities for Redesign

Improve hierarchy and filtering.
Introduce narrative & impact.
Sync testimonials with work.

Impact (Projected)

By improving structure and storytelling:
Higher time on page (users engage deeper).
More qualified inquiries (visitors find relevant examples quickly).
Trust increase via transparency and storytelling.

Tools & Specs

Figma for UI deliverables.
Responsive design (Desktop → Mobile)
Accessibility improvements: alt tags, readable typography.
