As a user of the FCMB mobile banking application, I noticed a UX flaw on the application where users have to go through a long list just to find their choice bank. Research has shown that users are often impatient and do not like the stress of having to go through a long list every time to find their choice.
I proffered a design solution to this flaw after analyzing the major competitors and getting feedback from other FCMB users like myself
