BrewMetrics: Website Design and WordPress Build

BrewMetrics is a Dubai-based analytics consultancy for cafés, specialty coffee shops, restaurant groups and hotels. They turn sales, menu and customer data into decisions that raise profit. I redesigned their marketing website and built it on WordPress.
Scope: UX/UI design, design system, WordPress + ACF development Timeline: July to September 2026 Market: UAE and GCC first, then global

The challenge

The old site ran on WordPress + Elementor and read like a small agency or a generic SaaS tool. During the project the founder repositioned the company as an executive-level intelligence partner, closer to a strategy consultancy than to software. The references changed from Apple, Stripe and Linear to McKinsey, Palantir and Aman.
One word came up three times in the brief: trust. Café owners are asked to hand over their sales and customer data, so every page had to make that feel safe. The client also asked for no coffee beans, no cheap SaaS look and no template agency feel.

Process

Structure first. I rebuilt the site around five pages: Home, How It Works, Trust & Confidentiality, About and Contact. The architecture leaves room for the next stages of the business: benchmarking and a predictive analytics platform.
Trust as a page, not a badge. Confidentiality got its own page that answers the real question of a café owner: do these people understand my business, and is my data safe with them?
Visual direction. Dark green, charcoal and white, editorial typography, lots of space and data-driven details. Premium and calm, with a hospitality feel instead of a dashboard feel.
One clear conversion path. The main CTA is "Request Your Free Café Profitability Assessment", with "Book a Consultation" as the secondary one. The form asks for business name and number of locations, so the team gets qualified leads.

Design to live site

I designed desktop and mobile on top of a small design system, recorded a Loom walkthrough, and then built the site myself on WordPress with ACF. The team can edit every text and image from the admin panel without a developer.

Result

A premium five-page marketing website that presents BrewMetrics as a strategic partner, not a vendor.
A dedicated trust page and a single, focused lead path for café owners.
A CMS the in-house team runs on its own.
"I'm extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a high-quality, beautifully designed website." Sarfraz Patel, BrewMetrics
